The terms that govern your use of Tax Season Relief. Please read them before ordering a report or listing a practice.

The service
Tax Season Relief™ organizes financial statements and prepares a consolidated financial report. You upload bank and credit card statements, we organize the transactions, and you receive one consolidated report covering the statements you purchased.
Not tax, accounting, or legal advice
A consolidated report is not tax advice. Tax Season Relief does not prepare tax returns, provide certified bookkeeping, guarantee deductions, or replace a licensed accountant or CPA. The report is a tool to help you get organized; consult a qualified professional for tax, accounting, or legal guidance.
Pricing
You are charged a flat $5 for each monthly financial statement you upload. There are no subscriptions, hourly charges, or minimums. For example, 12 checking statements plus 24 credit card statements equals 36 statements at $5 each, for a total of $180, delivered as one consolidated report.
Memberships
Every report purchase includes a complimentary one-year consumer membership. There are no recurring charges tied to this membership.
Professional directory listings
Professionals may list a CPA, accounting, or bookkeeping practice for $99 for the first year. Annual renewal is optional at $99. Listings never auto-renew; if a listing is not renewed, it expires. Being listed does not give a professional access to any consumer's financial documents.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and statements you're authorized to share, to use the service lawfully, and not to misuse the website or directory.
Acceptable use
You may not use Tax Season Relief to mislead others, submit documents you don't have rights to, harass professionals, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Limitation of liability
Tax Season Relief is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for a report.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. We'll post changes on this page with an updated date.
